TREATMENT COORDINATOR JOB POSTING
Multiple office(s), state-of-the-art, dental practice with great standing in the communities we
serve is looking for an exceptional treatment coordinator.

Personality
This professional should possess the following:

  • Patient-centric.

  • Professional and excited about communicating with patients (phone or in-person).

Qualifications
1. Customer service oriented.

3. Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

6. Previous experience in dental office is a plus but not required.
7. Knowledge of Eaglesoft dental software is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling patients (new and existing).
  • Work with on-going marketing/advertisements to reach new patients.
  • Follow up to ensure scheduling/patient reminders.
  • Answering patient emails and/or phone calls.
  • Assisting in outlining patient options for scheduling, payment options.
  • Interacting regularly with dentist(s) and operations management.
  • Gathering patient information and health background.
  • Some filing and pulling up patient dental and relevant medical history.
